Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining financial records, files, and documentation
Handle data entry for invoices, expenses, and payments
Organize and file receipts, vouchers, and financial documents
Support accounts payable and receivable processes
Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets as required
Assist in invoice processing and follow-up on payments
Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Ensure confidentiality of financial information
