Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the daily office supplies inventory, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and organized for efficient workflow.
Prepare and serve beverages to staff and visitors, maintaining a high standard of presentation and cleanliness.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are available prior to meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in office management is a plus.
Previous experience in an office environment preferred, ideally 1-2 years in a similar role.
Proficiency in English, spoken; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
