Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To support daily office operations, maintain cleanliness, assist visitors, and provide help to the catalogue designer as needed. The ideal candidate should be organized, courteous, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the office, pantry, meeting rooms, and washrooms.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
  • Support the Catalogue Designer by:
  • Arranging and organizing product samples and images.
  • Assisting with inventory, labeling, and stock handling.
  • Helping prepare materials for catalogues.
  • Handle pantry supplies, office stationery, and other office essentials.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and admin teams for repairs and upkeep.
  • Assist the purchase department with receiving and organizing supplies.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by Admin, HR, or managers.
