Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To support HR Operations function by managing and tracking employee attendance, maintaining accurate HR data and providing detailed reports and analyses to ensure compliance with company policies.

The role also requires advanced Excel proficiency and excellent English communication skills to facilitate clear coordination with internal departments and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files and HR database accurately.
  • Support in handling employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in exit processes including clearance, exit interviews, and final settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements with HR documentation
  • Ensure all documentation complies with labor law and internal policies.
  • Monitor and track daily employee attendance, leaves, absences and overtime in coordination with all departments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance and HR records in the system.
  • Generate weekly and monthly attendance reports to support payroll processing and HR analytics.
  • Analyze attendance patterns and highlight irregularities or policy deviations to HR management.
  • Prepare customized reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.).
  • Communicate effectively with employees and managers regarding attendance queries and policy clarifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups and data visualization).
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality in handling employee data.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain positive relationships across departments.
