Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The current recruitment drive focuses on two essential roles within the hospitality sector: Server and Assistant Server. Both positions require individuals who can handle a fast-paced dining environment with grace and efficiency.
The Server position offers a monthly salary of OMR 200. Meanwhile, the Assistant Server role provides a monthly salary of OMR 180. Furthermore, both roles demand a high degree of flexibility. Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively between direct guest service and essential support functions to ensure a seamless dining experience for every patron.
Desired Candidate Profile
To maintain the high standards of our client, we have established specific requirements for all applicants. Firstly, candidates must possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry. This background ensures that you understand the nuances of professional table service and guest interaction. Secondly, we require excellent English communication skills, as you will interact with a diverse international clientele daily. Additionally, your ability to adapt to a multitasking environment remains a critical factor during our selection process. We prioritize candidates who show initiative and a strong work ethic.
