About The Role
We are looking for an Onsite Operations Coordinator who loves to improve efficiency in everything and always finds a way to get things done!
As part of the Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our events run smoothly from planning to closure, leading a team and making sure that every operational detail is under control.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing and coordinating the operational plan for events, ensuring all requirements are covered (access control, staff allocation, cashless systems, kiosks, etc.).
- Leading the onsite execution, making sure that setup, live operations, and closure happen seamlessly and according to standards.
- Supervising the event closure process, including reconciliations, incident reporting, and improvement feedback.
- Ensuring the team is aligned, motivated, and executing effectively under your leadership.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have a Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields.
- You have at least +2/3 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related)
- You embrace change and you create it! We are a fast-growing company and we want you to help us to adapt to these changes.
- You can speak different languages. Spanish and English are our main languages, so we expect you to be able to speak both of them :)
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You can manage teams in a structured way
- You have a strong analytical mind.
