Operation Coordinator Executive - ID-35449 UAE / Dubai 2-3 Years experience 5000 - 7000 Package On-site Apply for this job Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced professional to coordinate campaign execution for a confidential organization. The Operation Coordinator Executive s main mission is to ensure perfect execution of all campaign activities. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow. Organize and facilitate internal and external operational processes. Coordinate purchase and delivery of prizes with external stakeholders. Report and update internal teams on campaign progress. Update trackers and KPIs on a weekly basis. Prepare campaign feasibility checks (agenda, prizes, pricing, content). Prepare clearing files and campaign documentation. Manage email processes including templates, sending, follow-ups, and data collection. Submit and obtain ministry permits for digital activities. Coordinate with retailers regarding campaign details and permissions. Liaise with internal teams for POSM dispatch and reporting. Coordinate with campaign managers, merchandisers, promoters, courier partners, and scanning operators. Source and negotiate with suppliers for prizes and fulfillment. Handle storage facilities and shipment coordination. Prepare reports and update analytics files. Support the merchandiser team during campaign execution. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; background in business administration is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in administrative, coordination, or operations support roles. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven. Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Office tools. Experience with ERP or management software is an advantage. Arabic language skills are a plus.

Experience in administrative, coordination, or operations support roles. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven. Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Office tools.
