Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor daily facility management operations (cleaning, maintenance, HVAC, water tanks, pest control, etc.).
Act as the point of contact between clients, site supervisors, and management.
Prepare and maintain work schedules, duty rosters, and staff deployment plans.
Track job orders, service requests, and ensure timely completion.
Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and documentation for operations.
Maintain accurate records of manpower, equipment, and material usage.
Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and client requirements.
Support the operations manager in handling escalations and problem-solving.
Coordinate vehicle/staff movement as per project requirements.
Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in facility management operations or coordination role.
Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of CAFM software is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Team player with problem-solving skills.
