Job Title: Operation Manager/Deputy General Manager

Qualifications: Master degree in Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical or equivalent Project Management Professional or MBA desirable Postgraduate/ Diploma in Industrial Management is advantage.

Experience: Minimum 20 years with last 5 years in similar position. Experience in Oil & Gas Sector Construction & Rental Industry in Company of Multi Billion US$ projects.

Major Responsibilities:

Holds with full responsibility and accountability for successful implementation, delivery and signoff of all construction and environmental projects within the budget and scope exceeding client expectation.

Holds with full responsibility and accountability for the organizational business growth and revenue generation through new profitable business and maintenance and retention of existing business.

Ensures Project Management and Business Development strategies and related strategic plans are developed, communicated (vertical / horizontal) and implemented which are aligned with the vision and mission of Bin Quraya

Oversees the implementation of the operations plans, objectives and projects progress to ensure that the financial targets are achieved.

To ensure operational policies are developed, approved in coordination with the corporate development department and ensure total compliance.
