Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will oversee all workshop functions—production planning, team coordination, procurement, logistics, and client project execution. This role requires a proactive leader who can establish operational processes, manage a skilled workforce, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and streamline daily workshop operations, tools, and workflow systems.
Supervise project timelines, material procurement, and production schedules.
Manage and mentor workshop staff, ensure training, and maintain productivity KPIs.
Handle vendor relationships, purchase orders, and cost control.
Implement safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Coordinate with project managers and clients for smooth project delivery.
Oversee maintenance of machines, inventory, and workspace organization.
Report performance metrics and operational updates to top management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production, or related field.
5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in creative production, fabrication, or manufacturing setups.
Strong leadership, planning, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
UAE experience preferred; knowledge of local suppliers and labor laws is an advantage.
