1️⃣ Regional Experience & Market Knowledge


  • What countries in the Middle East have you engaged with?

  • What are the main operational differences between GCC and other regions?

  • How do local Middle East and Indian business practices differ from Western markets?

  • What challenges have you faced in UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other Middle East Countries?

  • How do you manage government relations and local authorities?




2️⃣ Legal & Regulatory Knowledge



  • How familiar are you with labor laws in GCC countries?

  • Have you dealt with visa, Saudization, or Emiratization requirements?

  • What compliance risks exist in the Middle East?

  • How do you ensure adherence to local safety and operational standards?

  • Experience dealing with customs and import/export regulations?

  • What P&L size have you managed?

  • How do you control operational costs in high-inflation or volatile markets?
