Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What you ll be doing: Managing contractor onboarding end-to-end (documentation, compliance, visa coordination) Owning timesheet processes and payroll support for a large contractor base Supporting client invoicing and actively following up on aged receivables Keeping internal operations running efficiently across the contracts desk Acting as a key support function to a busy, revenue-generating team
What we re looking for: Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously Proactive, hands-on, and takes full ownership of tasks Experience in admin, HR operations, payroll, or recruitment support (preferred) Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, sometimes chaotic environment and brings structure to it
