Roles & Responsibilities

HOW YOU WILL LEAD

EMIR is searching for a driven and adept Operations Executive, pivotal in orchestrating our bespoke events. Your role will encompass strategising and implementing pivotal business development initiatives and endeavours, ensuring our continued excellence.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • Create and manage the planning process (pre-, during and post-event)
  • Prepare detailed projects for all event tasks
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure that all aspects of the event are running smoothly
  • Handle invitations and correspondence
  • Confirm venue and logistics details
  • Accountable for lead follow-ups
  • Schedule sales calls for the Head of Business Development
  • Keep track of the sales pipeline
  • Review contacts on CRM
  • Create SOPs and guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor s degree in any relevant field
  • Has at least two years of experience in sales and event management
  • Impeccable written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of managing luxury events
  • Familiar with Microsoft, CRM tools & Google programmes
  • Possesses strong analytical skills & is a team player
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, accountable with a growth mindset
