Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily operations of the department or facility
  • Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Track KPIs and prepare regular performance and operations reports
  • Identify process gaps and assist in improving operational workflows
  • Ensure inventory, logistics, or administrative processes are on track (based on industry)
  • Coordinate with internal departments (HR, logistics, finance, etc.) to resolve issues
  • Handle operational escalations and problem-solving on the ground
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
