Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily operations of the department or facility
- Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Track KPIs and prepare regular performance and operations reports
- Identify process gaps and assist in improving operational workflows
- Ensure inventory, logistics, or administrative processes are on track (based on industry)
- Coordinate with internal departments (HR, logistics, finance, etc.) to resolve issues
- Handle operational escalations and problem-solving on the ground
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
