Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations of retail clinics across multiple locations.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor SOPs for patient care, pharmacy integration, and billing.
- Develop and manage budgets, P&L, and cost optimization strategies.
- Monitor revenue streams, patient volumes, and profitability metrics.
- Recruit, train, and manage clinic staff including nurses, pharmacists, and support teams.
- Ensure high patient satisfaction scores and service quality.
- Compliance and Risk Management
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in retail clinics or outpatient settings.
- Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and retail healthcare models.
- Proven leadership and multi-site management experience.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
