Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead full project lifecycle management from award to commissioning and handover.
Oversee implementation of produced water treatment.
Develop and manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Establish and lead country operations team including recruitment, performance management, and workforce planning.
Develop and implement procurement strategy including vendor qualification, contract negotiation, and supply chain optimization.
Maintain executive-level relationships with clients.
Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, regulatory requirements, and ISO systems.
Drive operational efficiency, OPEX optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with R&D and technical teams for technology deployment and performance enhancement.
Identify growth opportunities, new tenders, and strategic partnerships within the country.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (MBA preferred).
Minimum 12–15 years experience in oil & gas operations or industrial water treatment.
Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong background in P&L management and commercial operations.
Experience in produced water treatment and membrane technologies is highly preferred.
