Security Solutions Operations Manager

• The Security Solutions Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations of electronic security systems projects including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Video Management Systems (VMS), PSIM, and integrated security solutions. The role ensures projects are executed on time, within budget, in compliance with UAE regulations and company standards, while maintaining high levels of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and control all operational activities related to security systems projects across the UAE.

• Oversee multiple project teams including project managers, site engineers, supervisors, and technicians.

• Ensure timely execution of projects in line with contractual scope, specifications, and schedules.

• Monitor project budgets, cost control, resource allocation, and profitability.

• Coordinate with sales, design, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth project execution.

• Ensure compliance with local authorities and regulations (e.g., SIRA, Dubai Police, Civil Defense, ADSSC, MOI).

• Approve project plans, method statements, risk assessments, and quality documentation.

• Resolve operational issues, technical challenges, and customer escalations.

• Establish and monitor KPIs for productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across operations.

• Support business development by providing technical input, cost estimates, and operational strategies.

• Ensure HSE compliance and promote a strong safety culture.

• Conduct performance reviews, training needs assessment, and team development.
