Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
- Supervise day-to-day operations and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to set and achieve performance targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and market expansion.
- Monitor project progress, provide strategic direction, and resolve operational challenges.
- Prepare and present regular reports on performance metrics and operational status to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and industry regulations in all operational activities.
- Support HR and recruitment functions as needed to ensure a well-staffed and productive team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
- Strong background in vendor management and cross-functional coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales and support teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to or already be based in Dubai.
