Roles & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee sports events and marketing initiatives
- Develop operational strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources
- Lead and motivate event coordination team
- Maintain stakeholder relationships in sports and events industry
- Analyze data to drive operational improvements
- Ensure regulatory compliance and event safety
Required:
- 5+ years in operations management, preferably in sports/events
- Strong event planning and execution background
- Sports industry knowledge
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Problem-solving ability in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in operational software
- Degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field
- Fluent English; additional languages beneficial
- Flexible work hours including evenings/weekends
