Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As the Operations Manager, VIP, Butler and Imperial Club Services, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of VIP Services, Butler Services, and the Imperial Club Lounge, ensuring all services are delivered at the highest standard as per resort expectations. This role drives the teams toward a philosophy of excellence and perfection whilst ensuring the seamless integration of services across departments. This includes taking full responsibility for the Imperial Club Lounge operations, guest experience, and team performance, alongside VIP and Butler Services. The role requires close collaboration with various departments and full ownership in the absence of the Operations Manager, Rooms.
Another key aspect of this role will involve ensuring all VIP guests receive personalized, high-quality service following resort and Forbes Travel Guide standards, as well as liaising with Reservations and the Executive Office to anticipate VIP guest arrivals and coordinate required operational planning. You will also ensure VIP rooms and suites are inspected and prepared to meet guest preferences and resort standards and run Signature Suites arrival reports and ensure all guest profiles are updated.
Desired Candidate Profile
The successful Operations Manager, VIP, Butler and Imperial Club Services candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, and a minimum of 6 years experience working within 5* hotels/resorts. You will also have experience managing high performing teams in a hospitality environment and have a proven track record engaging with and improving team members day to day performance within their role.
