Support legal recovery and collections execution by monitoring official government portals, extracting

case/status updates, and driving dealer/partner follow-up through structured email communication and

internal escalations. The role focuses on data accuracy, SLA achievement, and operational coordination

(no legal advice and no independent case filing).

What you will be doing

• Monitor relevant government portals weekly and capture updates (case status, deadlines, actions required, enforcement milestones).
• Maintain accurate trackers and reports: case numbers, dates, owners, next steps, blockers, and SLA timers.
• Send structured follow-up emails to dealers/partners to request updates, documents, and required actions; ensure clear due dates and accountability.
• Escalate SLA breaches and critical blockers to the correct internal teams (Collections/Recovery,Partner Ops, Partnerships, Legal, Finance) with complete context and evidence.
• Validate and organize supporting documents/evidence in an audit-ready format (contracts, ledgers, IDs, vehicle details, communication logs, confirmations).
• Prepare daily/weekly summaries on progress, overdue actions, dealer responsiveness, and key risks; propose quick fixes to reduce delays.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with internal policies and approved communication standards.

• 1 3+ years of experience in operations support, collections support, back-office coordination, or legal administration.
• Strong experience in data collection, reporting, and managing high-volume follow-up queues.
• Experience working with external partners/vendors (dealers) and driving action through persistent follow-up and escalation.
• Familiarity with KSA government portals or legal case tracking is a strong plus.
• Arabic: Fluent (spoken and written).
• English: Good working proficiency (emails, reporting).
