Roles & Responsibilities

Job Overview We are a fast-growing brand in the UAE looking for a proactive Operations & Staffing Coordinator to support our field operations and workforce management. This role focuses on recruiting, coordinating, and supervising part-time staff to ensure smooth execution of ongoing operational and promotional projects across multiple operational projects in the UAE. Key Responsibilities Staffing & Recruitment Source and onboard reliable part-time staff through online platforms and local recruitment channels. Workforce Coordination Schedule and coordinate part-time teams for various operational and field activities; ensure attendance, discipline, and high-quality task completion. Performance Monitoring Track staff performance and reliability; maintain internal records and provide regular reporting to management. Operational Support Assist with workforce planning and execution updates; support field activities to ensure brand standards are met. Database Management Maintain and expand a pool of active part-time workers available for rapid deployment. Requirements Experience 1–2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, operations, or field coordination within the UAE. Coordination Skills Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate multiple workers under pressure. Tech-Savvy Highly familiar with digital communication and coordination platforms (e.g. WhatsApp). Communication Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Traits Highly organized, reliable, and execution-focused with a professional attitude. Preferred (Not Mandatory) Experience working with part-time, freelance, or event-based staff. Multilingual candidates with strong local networks will be highly prioritized. Knowledge of UAE labor regulations regarding part-time work permits.
