Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and guidance to junior team members
• Support knowledge sharing to meet team goals and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Promote the bank s values and ethics to help build a strong, value-driven team culture
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and report variances promptly
• Ensure operational activities comply with approved guidelines and quality expectations
• Contribute to developing and implementing team-level policies, systems, and procedures
• Ensure all procedural and legislative requirements are followed
• Participate in identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and sustainability
• Support productivity improvements and cost reduction initiatives
• Prepare timely and accurate statements and reports to meet department and bank reporting standards
• Maintain alignment with organizational policies, quality standards, and operational requirements
