Roles & Responsibilities

Role : Business Analyst

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment mode: Permanent/Full time


We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Banking and Financial Services and hands-on experience in Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and product owners to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of digital banking initiatives.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 7–9 years as a Business Analyst in Banking & Financial Services.
  • OBDX Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Banking Digital Experience platform.
  • Domain Knowledge: Retail banking, digital channels, payments, and customer onboarding.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and digital banking architecture.
  • Documentation: Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Tools: Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other BA tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of other Oracle Banking products (OBPM, OBTF, etc.) is a plus.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile frameworks.
