Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We have partnered with a leading enterprise client to support the hire of an Oracle Fusion Financials Solution Architect.

This is a senior role focused on designing and delivering Oracle Financials solutions across a complex enterprise landscape, with high exposure to finance, operations, and technology leadership.

About the role:

  • Lead the solution design of Oracle Fusion Financials modules in alignment with global finance strategy
  • Facilitate workshops to assess business needs and define future-state finance processes
  • Translate requirements into Oracle design blueprints and validate configurations before handover
  • Advise finance leadership on solution options, gaps, and optimisation opportunities
  • Manage implementation tasks such as requirements documentation, testing oversight, UAT coordination, and cutover planning
  • Oversee delivery partners and ensure alignment to scope, schedule, and quality standards
  • Lead the onboarding of new legal entities or business functions onto Oracle Financials
  • Support quarterly cloud release testing and validation of business-critical finance processes
  • Collaborate with the BAU support team for effective knowledge transfer
  • Engage Finance, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, and corporate teams to drive adoption and satisfaction
  • Contribute to training plans, go-live support, and post-deployment improvement cycles
  • Work with reporting and analytics teams to define dashboards and KPIs aligned with financial strategy
  • Support data migration and master data validation efforts
  • Participate in governance and Steering Committee forums as required
  • Continuously assess solution performance and recommend enhancements

About you:

  • 12+ years of experience delivering Oracle Finance solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation, preferably in complex enterprise environments
  • At least 8 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials across full lifecycle implementations
  • Deep knowledge of modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expenses
  • Strong understanding of related business processes, integrations, and reporting needs
  • Demonstrated ability to influence business stakeholders and lead solution design workshops
  • Proven knowledge of Oracle Financials best practices and cloud capabilities
