Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to deliver end-to-end HCM implementations. The candidate will ensure the successful rollout of HR technology by engaging closely with users and project stakeholders.

Modules:

  • Core HR
  • Payroll
  • Talent Management
  • Time & Labor
  • Absence Management

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge between the project manager and HR teams
  • Document business processes and convert to system functionality
  • Lead configuration, testing, and UAT
  • Conduct training and post-go-live support

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM
  • 4 5 full-cycle HCM implementations
  • Fluent in Arabic & English

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills : Oracle Fusion HCM, full-cycle HCM implementations, Lead configuration, testing, and UAT

Language: Arabic & English (Proficient)
