Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant with strong functional expertise in end-to-end payroll implementations, preferably with exposure to Middle East payrolls.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll (Cloud)
  • Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations in Fusion Payroll
  • Expertise in:
  • Payroll Processing & Flows
  • Payroll Elements, Balances & Costing
  • Fast Formulas (Payroll specific)
  • Payroll Reporting (BIP / OTBI)
  • Experience in:
  • Payroll Parallel Runs & Go-Live Support
  • Data Migration (HDL/HSDL)
  • Understanding of:
  • Payroll Statutory Compliance

Requirement-

  • Experience in UAE / GCC Payroll
  • Knowledge of Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) integration
  • Exposure to OIC integrations

Responsibilities

  • Lead Payroll module implementation & support
  • Conduct CRP, UAT, and client workshops
  • Configure Payroll setups and validate outputs
  • Handle payroll runs, reconciliation & issue resolution
  • Coordinate with technical team for integrations & reports

Experience -7+ years overall experience

4+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll (Mandatory)

Require Experience in minimum 2 End to End Implementation in Payroll

Must be Native/Valid Visa to work in Dubai
