Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Organic Chemist (R&D) to lead research, formulation development, and process optimization of advanced organic fertilizer technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in organic nutrient chemistry, chelation systems, and applied agricultural formulation science, with the ability to translate laboratory innovation into scalable commercial products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead research and development of innovative organic fertilizer formulations.

  • Design and optimize organic chelation systems for micronutrients.

  • Develop organic calcium complexation solutions suitable for agricultural application.

  • Formulate and enhance organic nitrogen sources with improved plant bioavailability.

  • Develop organic treatment methodologies to increase phosphate rock solubility and phosphorus uptake efficiency.

  • Conduct laboratory experimentation, pilot testing, and industrial scale-up.

  • Perform stability studies, compatibility testing, and performance validation.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control requirements.

  • Prepare technical documentation, product specifications, and R&D reports.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, agronomy, and commercial teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry, Agricultural Chemistry, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on R&D experience in organic fertilizer formulation and manufacturing.

  • Demonstrated expertise in:

  • Organic chelation of micronutrients

  • Organic calcium complexation

  • Organic nitrogen formulation technologies

  • Organic phosphate rock treatment processes

  • Strong analytical, experimental design, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience scaling laboratory formulations to commercial production.
