Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the design, update, and governance of organization structures, job families, and job descriptions in coordination with KSA department heads, ensuring alignment with company vision and the group s roadmap.

  • Conduct organizational methods (surveys, interviews, HR analytics) to identify gaps in structure, roles, span of control, and capabilities, and develop improvement plans with clear milestones.
  • Design and support the rollout of a performance management system (KPIs, objectives, performance improvement plans) that drives a high-performance culture and ensures consistent application across all the group entities.
  • Coordinate the development and maintenance of competency frameworks, ensuring integration with recruitment, performance management, training, and career paths for all key roles in the holding company.
  • Work with Training/L&D to translate OD findings into structured learning plans, succession plans, and career development programs that build future-ready capabilities for the company vision.
  • Lead and manage job evaluation, grading systems, and salary structure mapping, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with the holding group s grading framework across KSA and Egypt while conducting market benchmarking and salary surveys.
  • Participate in and support change management projects (new policies, reorganizations, digital HR systems, shared-services model), including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and communication.
  • Prepare and maintain OD dashboards, reports, and presentations for HR and business leadership, using data to track OD initiatives, performance cycles, and organizational health indicators.
  • Ensure all OD practices, structures, and policies comply with KSA labor law, internal governance standards, and group HR policies, while maintaining proper documentation and audit promptness.
  • Act as an OD business partner to KSA stakeholders, ensuring proactive collaboration, clear SLAs, and a consistent employee experience delivered from Egypt.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 7 years of progressive HR/OD experience, including at least 2 3 years focused on OD projects (organizational design, job evaluation, job descriptions, performance management, or change initiatives).
  • Strong knowledge of organizational development concepts: organizational design, competencies, performance management, change management, and talent management.
  • Experience with data analysis and HR systems (e.g., HRIS, performance management platforms, survey tools) is preferred.
  • Very good English (written and spoken) with strong report-writing and presentation skills.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build dashboards and executive-level presentations.
