Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of organizational development initiatives to support business objectives.

  • Analyze current organizational structures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for succession planning and leadership development.
  • Facilitate change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of development programs, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Advise on performance management systems and support the creation of a high-performance culture.
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of organizational development initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership on organizational development progress and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in organizational development to ensure the company remains competitive.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in organizational development.
