Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and update organizational structure and job descriptions.
- Implement and maintain Performance Management Systems (KPI-based).
- Lead initiatives in employee engagement, succession planning, and career paths.
- Support competency frameworks, training needs analysis, and capacity building.
- Assist with change management during organizational transformation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in organizational development, talent management, or a related HR function.
- Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change management, and employee engagement strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement development programs and initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
