Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and update organizational structure and job descriptions.
  • Implement and maintain Performance Management Systems (KPI-based).
  • Lead initiatives in employee engagement, succession planning, and career paths.
  • Support competency frameworks, training needs analysis, and capacity building.
  • Assist with change management during organizational transformation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in organizational development, talent management, or a related HR function.
  • Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change management, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement development programs and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
