Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master s preferred).
Experience: +2 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development.
Skills:
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.
- Knowledge of change management principles and OD methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Support the development and implementation of OD strategies and initiatives that improve organizational performance and employee engagement.
- Conduct organizational assessments and diagnostics to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Design, facilitate, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and team-building activities to develop employee capabilities and enhance collaboration.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support change initiatives by developing and executing communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Partner with leaders to manage organizational transitions and build readiness for change.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to implement talent development, succession planning, and performance management strategies.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership, employee engagement, and career development.
- Review and recommend updates to organizational structures, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, research, and best practices in organizational development, learning, and talent management.
- Partner with external consultants, trainers, and vendors to deliver high-quality OD solutions.
