Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales of skin care, cosmetics, and personal care products in UAE supermarkets, pharmacies, and local markets
Maintain and expand existing customer relationships with buyers, store managers, and pharmacists
Identify new outlets including Union Coop, Al Madina, West Zone, Baqer Mohebi, Nesto, local pharmacies, and minimarts
Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, shelf placement, and visibility
Introduce new products and negotiate listing, pricing, and promotions
Prepare and follow up on quotations, LPOs, and sales orders
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely deliveries
Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in the market
Maintain daily sales reports, customer visit plans, and achievement reports
Support marketing activities such as product launches, in-store promotions, and sampling
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2–5 years UAE experience in sales of skin care / cosmetics / FMCG products
Proven connections with supermarkets, pharmacies, and local retail markets in UAE
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Good knowledge of UAE retail and pharmacy sales processes
Ability to achieve sales targets independently
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Preferably cancelled visa, visit visa have uae experience, or own visa but strictly apply those who have matching profile.
