Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales of skin care, cosmetics, and personal care products in UAE supermarkets, pharmacies, and local markets

  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships with buyers, store managers, and pharmacists

  • Identify new outlets including Union Coop, Al Madina, West Zone, Baqer Mohebi, Nesto, local pharmacies, and minimarts

  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, shelf placement, and visibility

  • Introduce new products and negotiate listing, pricing, and promotions

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, LPOs, and sales orders

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely deliveries

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in the market

  • Maintain daily sales reports, customer visit plans, and achievement reports

  • Support marketing activities such as product launches, in-store promotions, and sampling

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2–5 years UAE experience in sales of skin care / cosmetics / FMCG products

  • Proven connections with supermarkets, pharmacies, and local retail markets in UAE

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

  • Good knowledge of UAE retail and pharmacy sales processes

  • Ability to achieve sales targets independently

  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

  • Preferably cancelled visa, visit visa have uae experience, or own visa but strictly apply those who have matching profile.
