Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative with experience in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building materials sector

• Visit construction sites, contractors, and project managers to promote products

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

• Prepare and present product quotations and proposals

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of outdoor sales experience in building materials (mandatory)

• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of the local construction market

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing network within contractors, builders, or construction companies
