Roles & Responsibilities
As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and growth of our company's products and services. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Being on the frontlines of our sales efforts, you will act as the ambassador of our brand, ensuring clients are aware of the latest products and benefits offered by our company. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to negotiate effectively, close deals, and provide exceptional customer service, all while working in a dynamic and often challenging outdoor environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and repeat business.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential and existing customers.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management team.
- Coordinate with the sales team to develop strategic sales plans and goals.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and forecasts to management regularly.
- Demonstrate the functionalities and benefits of new and existing products to clients.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote company products.
- Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and pricing to close sales effectively.
- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams from field interactions.
- Handle client inquiries and complaints with a focus on problem resolution and satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, products, and competitors' activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role in sales industries.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales deals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Ability to travel frequently and work in an outdoor environment.
- High level of self-motivation, initiative, and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and best sales practices is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license is required for frequent travel to sales locations.
