Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing furniture business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting clients, developing B2B relationships, and promoting customized furniture and interior solutions across the UAE market.
The candidate should be capable of achieving sales targets, handling client meetings independently, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders.
Key Responsibilities
Visit offices, shops, contractors, project sites, and potential clients to generate business leads.
Promote furniture products, customized solutions, and interior packages.
Meet architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients regularly.
Generate new business opportunities through outdoor sales activities and networking.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales efficiently.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Coordinate with design and production teams regarding customer requirements.
Update clients regarding order status, production progress, and delivery timelines.
Maintain daily reports of client visits, meetings, and sales activities.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor pricing and activities.
Ensure proper follow-up and after-sales support to clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2–4 years of outdoor sales experience in furniture, interiors, fit-out, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Target-oriented mindset with ability to work under pressure.
Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
Knowledge of furniture materials, customization, and interior solutions.
Familiar with UAE market and project-based sales.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and WhatsApp communication.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
English language mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
UAE driving license preferred.
Existing network in furniture, fit-out, construction, or interior industry is an advantage.
Experience handling B2B, corporate, and project sales.
Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu speaking candidates preferred.
