Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Promote electrified shelves, display stands, and related retail fitting solutions to potential clients.
Conduct on-site product presentations and demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable display and shelving solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with the design, installation, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as an outdoor or field sales executive (preferably in retail fittings, shelving, lighting, or interior solutions).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a field sales schedule.
Basic technical understanding of electrified shelves, LED lighting, or display systems is an advantage.
Valid driving license (Preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Fluency in English and Hindi (Preferred).
