Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Qualification: Identifying and targeting potential business clients

through various methods like cold calling, networking, and market research.

  • Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with

business clients to foster trust and repeat business.

  • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Presenting the value of telecommunication products and

services to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.

  • Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiating sales agreements and closing deals to meet

or exceed sales targets.

  • CRM Management: Utilizing CRM systems to manage sales activities, track progress, and

  • Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales metrics, analysing performance, and generating

regular reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
