- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring seamless service delivery
- Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and handle feedback professionally
- Lead, train, and motivate the outlet team to achieve service excellence
- Ensure compliance with Avani brand standards, SOPs, and hygiene regulations
- Monitor and control costs, budgets, and labor scheduling
- Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, and themed dining experiences
- Coordinate with kitchen, reservations, and hotel departments
- Ensure authentic Lebanese dining experience and ambiance
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3 5 years experience in a similar role within hotel or premium restaurant operations
- Prior experience with Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent guest service and communication abilities
- Sound knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and HACCP
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Experience in UAE/GCC hospitality market preferred
