Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlets Manager to oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets in our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maximize revenue, and maintain the highest service and quality standards in line with the hotel s brand.

Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).

Minimum 3 5 years of F&B management experience, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing budgets.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of POS systems.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
