Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Properties is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join its Corporate Legal Department at the head office in Dubai. The role involves providing administrative and legal support to the in-house legal team, assisting in document preparation, research, compliance, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external law firms. Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and legal assistance to senior paralegals and legal counsels, including drafting standard legal documents under supervision.
* Liaise with external law firms to obtain case updates and assist in preparing legal status reports.
* Conduct basic legal research, compile references, and summarize case laws, regulations, and statutes.
* Maintain and organize legal files, title deeds, contracts, and other official documentation.
* Prepare and review corporate documents such as powers of attorney, KYC forms, and company registration records.
* Track ongoing legal requests, take meeting minutes, and provide status reports for internal review.
* Coordinate with internal departments and ensure timely communication between MAF legal teams and external counsel.
* Perform general administrative support duties including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in Law or related field.
* 1 3 years of experience working as a paralegal or legal assistant within a corporate or law firm environment.
* Strong organizational and document management skills.
* Excellent communication and research abilities.
* Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic legal research tools.
