Roles & Responsibilities

  • Master the art of dough preparation: Meticulously knead and proof dough to achieve the perfect texture and elasticity crucial for flaky parottas.
  • Expertly layer and fold dough: Demonstrate precision in layering and folding techniques to create the signature multi-layered structure of authentic parottas.
  • Perfect the parotta frying technique: Execute the frying process with finesse, ensuring each parotta is golden brown, crispy, and cooked to perfection.
  • Consistently maintain quality standards: Ensure every parotta meets the established taste, appearance, and texture benchmarks, maintaining high quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, a foundation to understand basic food preparation principles.
  • Qualifications: Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, a hands-on approach is necessary.
  • Certifications: Food handler's certification, showing a commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
