We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Part-time Commis Chef / Cashier for one of our dynamic food service based client in Liwa, Western Region, Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with hands-on experience in burger preparation and beverage service, seeking a short-term opportunity with structured support and accommodation. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position offers a unique chance to gain valuable experience in both kitchen and front-of-house operations, with full support including housing and a competitive daily rate. The role is perfect for a male candidate with a valid visa and NOC, eager to contribute to a vibrant team while building professional skills in a real-world food service setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble burgers, fries, and other menu items following standardized recipes and quality control guidelines.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
  
• Assist in the preparation of beverages, including hot and cold drinks, smoothies, and specialty orders.
  
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling transactions, processing payments, and providing receipts.
  
• Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  
• Restock kitchen and front-of-house supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.
  
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols at all times.
  
• Support senior kitchen staff and supervisors with daily prep tasks, cleaning, and inventory management.
  
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism and courtesy.
  
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests
  

Requirements:

• Male candidates only, preferably with a valid UAE visa and NOC.
  
• 1 3 years of hands-on experience in a fast-food or restaurant setting, with proven experience in burger preparation and beverage service.
  
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  
• Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills with accuracy in transactions.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
  
• Willingness to live on-site in provided accommodation during the assignment.
  
• Must be available to start on December 1, 2025.
