Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer stage
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen and filter applications based on job requirements
  • Conduct phone screenings and HR interviews
  • Coordinate and align with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Organize and participate in open days and mass hiring events
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
Requirements
  • Final-year university student or Fresh Graduate
  • 1 year experience freelance is preferred
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in recruitment (internship or part-time experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
