What You ll Do

* Support creation, activation, and monitoring of banking and merchant campaigns
* Maintain campaign trackers and provide timely reporting and follow-ups
* Perform basic data extrapolation and generate reports to support campaign analysis
* Produce daily metrics to ensure transparency on campaign performance
* Collaborate with tech teams to activate and manage marketing swimlanes efficiently
* Coordinate with finance and legal teams to manage payments and ensure documentation compliance
* Handle all necessary documentation for campaign approvals in line with partner and organizational standards

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* 1 3 years of experience in campaign management, partnerships, or marketing support
* Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
* Good analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams including tech, finance, and legal
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to ensuring compliance and accuracy
