Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure individual sales targets are achieved, where applicable.

  • Understand customer requirements related to parts enquiries.

  • Accurately and promptly identify parts using the FAST retrieval system or EPC.

  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding parts availability and pricing.

  • Prepare quotations based on customer requirements.

  • Prepare invoices and delivery orders for parts supply as required.

  • Ensure parts requested by customers are supplied in a timely manner, including follow-up with the warehouse where necessary.

  • Handle telephone enquiries related to parts and prepare quotations as required. Attend CRM calls and manage customer enquiries.

  • Prepare parts estimates for the workshop when required.

  • Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, or email regarding parts orders.

  • Conduct parts requisition analysis to identify lost sales based on quotations and parts requests from the workshop or counter.

  • Actively participate in sales promotions relevant to the assigned segment.

  • Recommend improvements to work processes and actively participate in Kaizen initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, AS-DOS, and N-CAM standards.

  • Maintain accurate and organised sales documentation and records.

  • Maintain and update the customer database.

  • Adhere to Nissan Standard Processes when dealing with customers (N-POT).

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and work effectively as part of a team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Educational Qualifications

    • Graduate or Diploma in Automobile Engineering.

    Work Experience

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in parts sales within the automotive industry.

    Competencies

    • Proficient computer skills and strong communication abilities.

    • Knowledge of spoken Arabic is an advantage.

    • Willingness to be posted at any branch in Dubai or the Northern Emirates.

    Languages

    • English (mandatory)

    • Arabic (advantage)
