Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to secure a reliable supply of spare parts, focusing on cost optimization and supplier diversification.
  • Manage the entire procurement cycle, from identifying needs and issuing RFQs to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of parts.
  • Lead a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and managing existing customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for sales growth and product improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in spare parts sourcing, sales, or procurement, ideally within the automotive, manufacturing, or heavy equipment industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and achieving cost savings in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including forecasting, demand planning, and stock optimization.
