Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving incoming parts shipments, verifying the accuracy of items against packing lists.
- Help unpack, label, and store parts in their designated locations within the warehouse.
- Ensure parts are organized and easily accessible for quick retrieval.
- Assist in picking parts from inventory based on sales orders or internal requests.
- Pack parts securely for shipment, ensuring they are labelled and documented correctly.
- Support the preparation of parts for dispatch to customers or service teams.
- Keep the parts storage area clean, organized, and free from clutter.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of workspaces and common areas.
- Support routine maintenance checks on equipment and tools used in the parts department.
- Work closely with internal departments, including Marketing, Operations, Parts, Service, HR, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics, to ensure seamless coordination.
- Undertake additional job roll-related tasks as necessary to support the Companys mission and operations.
- Carry out additional tasks as requested by management.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Physically fit to lift and move parts.
- Able to follow instructions and work as a team.
- Prior warehouse or helper experience is an advantage.
