- Prepare a wide range of baked goods including cakes, pastries, breads, and desserts.
- Create 3D cake designs, custom cakes, and decorative pastries.
- Ensure ingredient management, quality control, and adherence to recipes.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Consult with clients for custom cake designs and deliver their vision.
Requirements
- Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Strong knowledge of cake design, decorating, and pastry preparation.
- Good English communication skills.
