  • Prepare a wide range of baked goods including cakes, pastries, breads, and desserts.
  • Create 3D cake designs, custom cakes, and decorative pastries.
  • Ensure ingredient management, quality control, and adherence to recipes.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Consult with clients for custom cake designs and deliver their vision.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • Strong knowledge of cake design, decorating, and pastry preparation.
  • Good English communication skills.
