Requirements:
- Proven experience in patient registration, front desk, or customer service in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of insurance processes and pre-authorization procedures is preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
